Three habits that show up in everything we ship
Think before you build
We'd rather spend an hour clarifying what we're actually trying to do than a week building the wrong thing well. If something's ambiguous, that's a problem to solve before code, not a gap to fill silently.
Simple until it can't be
The smallest thing that solves the problem wins. No frameworks for problems we don't have yet, no settings nobody asked for. If a teammate would ask 'why is this here?' — it probably shouldn't be.
Work toward an outcome, not a task list
Every piece of work has a way to know it's actually done — a test that passes, an eval score that holds, a person who can use the thing. We loop until that's true, not until the clock runs out.
